How the service handles account, assessment and evidence data.
Do you sell customer data?No.
Is uploaded evidence public?No. Evidence is stored in a private account area.
Who processes service data?Supabase provides authentication, database and private storage services. Vercel hosts the application. Stripe processes paid subscription payments.
Can I delete my data?Yes. Contact GapCheckUK at GapcheckUK@gmail.com to request access, correction, export or deletion.
Controls used by the service
- Authenticated sessions protect account features.
- Row-level database policies restrict records to the owning account.
- Evidence files are kept in private storage rather than public website files.
- Payment details are handled by Stripe rather than stored in GapCheckUK.
- Essential browser storage supports session behaviour and local fallback data.
What you should upload
Only upload evidence that is necessary for your assessment. Avoid including sensitive personal information when a redacted or less detailed document would demonstrate the same control.
